This year Groomsport is making a big effort to improve our marks in the "Ulster in Bloom" competition

The sack races and tug of war were popular, especially with the younger ones. A coconut shy presented a new and interesting challenge for some as well.

We had our own band for the big lunch event at Cockle Row Cottages - which was brilliant.

Bring a picnic lunch to the harbour picnic area on Sunday 7th June and enjoy a range of family entertainment. Aldo the Magician will be there with games and sports events for all the family.
We will have "Arts and Crafts" demonstrations and a special set of activities for man"s best friend. We are devoting a gallery on this site to photographs of dogs and owners who turn up to the event, to help promote responsible dog ownership.
